Disconnect Inverter immediately, locate GF and repair. Remove DC input and verify DC VOC. Keep disconnect off reconnect inverter Turn ON Disconnect Your LED is Blinking Green. Inverter is in a ready state to turn Solid Green and produce power. However, it must first poll the circuit to determine if conditions are correct. Will need sufficient power input from PV modules. Your LED is off. NOT enough Sun on PV modules for system to turn on. DC wired incorrectly Open circuit on DC channels (all channels must be closed circuit) Negative and positive crossed between input channels Verify PV modules are good LED may be damaged Inverter damaged internally Call Tech Support Your LED is blinking red for 3 seconds and green for 1. Normal State of Inverter when circuit is open or resistance is incorrect Verify tank temperature is not at maximum setpoint Verify thermostat settings Run resistive check if thermostats are correctly set Call Tech Support only after checking, temperature, thermostat settings, wiring, and resistance check pass. Your LED is blinking red for 1 second and green for 3. Resistive circuit is out of range. Verify resistive range of specific inverter on Specification Sheet Disconnect inverter Verify resistive range of entire circuit. See start up procedures in S-100 installation guide Correct resistive range and reconnect Your LED is blinking red every 1 second. AC is detected in the circuit This is normally due to improper wiring. Disconnect Inverter immediately and check wiring paying particular attention to ground separation i.e. two separated and isolated ground electrodes. Neutral/ground bond is critical and is already completed in the S-100 at factory. Verify only DC input into input channels Verify conductors run isolated as not to be exposed to inductance / capacitance. Your LED is blinking red every 3 seconds. Inverter has internal damage call Tech Support to go over wiring . The LED is blinking Orange Trouble Shooting Note: At least one DC input is over the 58V limit. Disconnect the high voltage DC source(s). Solar panels in cold weather can generate much higher voltage than rated Voc.
